AS IN TWO VIDEOS IN ONE ENTRY!

    Doesn't everyone love a bit sexy entertainment? The combination of poetry with naughty descriptions together is a great deal in this day and age. The first video is two poets dueling, with remark after remark. The best part is the end of their, to me it was as if it was a tease to the audience. After they were done the second lady who is Indian made fun of either the audience or Americans in quite interesting way, well at least to me. Post your view of it!

    Now lets face it some poetry just doesn't have "that" juice to it. During some poetry slams I have been too, theres a few poets who don't seem to satisfy. The second video from youtube.com of Steve Coleman defiately clearifys what a good poem should be composed of. So the next time you decide to write a piece or revising one I suggest you keep it real, and juicy. Don't flake out on it, put your soul into it.

I don't care what anyone has to say positive or negative, Michael Jackson has amazing choreography in all in videos. I sat there the day of his death watching a marathon of his videos on BET. He died from cardiac arrest a heart attack at the age of 50 years at his home where from there he was rushed to the hospital. To many a legend, to all missed. I may not have been a fan, but my opinion still stands. He was a great dancer in my eyes! One thing I'll never forget is what I saw..He had videos of his skin color black then white, The Man Of Two Colors I'd say. I mean who else can or could pull that off?

In other words, we all know of the surgery he undertook throughout the years. The pros and cons of his fans feedback. There were rumors of him having some sort of disease as well as bleaching his skin. Ever wonder what he writes in his diary if he had one? The emotions and struggles he encountered after being in entertainment by the age six. In order for him to make it so far and continue his career, it had to be a life long dream. No matter what happened he remained a star, and even in his death he will be remembered.

LEAVE MICHAEL JACKSON ALONE!

For the record you have to watch this one! Either this guy is playing Mr.Jackson really hard with his pretending emotions with the sniffles, and facial expressing, or just biting really hard off the Leave Brittney Spears Alone video. You decide.

Friends Forever I Guess?

"I THINK I WANT US TO BE MORE THAN FRIENDS..."

Guess if your bond with one of your friends became a bit more deeper to you than the other person, but nothing seemed like it'll ever change because you guys are "just friends" you'd be quite upset too, because in this day and age nobody has friends who are just friends unless they're of the same sex. Many people want something from each other like an object of some sort or sex. When they don't get that they usually get upset and it's just like "Forget you." What this guy is talking about is real, we all have needs and not many of us have the time, and energy for a relationship or even consider friends for that position. So much for having friends who last forever. Wonder who can relate?

Whats Your Share Of the American Pie?

    "Its true we live in an ugly world, but ugly souls push the buttons." How we think we send our children to school to get an education so that one day they will make that fairy tale salary, but seems like that doesn't happen often. Maybe just maybe its cause of how our governments is set up, so that our children only learn whats on the state's test to get the students to pass for fundings, not fully understand skills that will benefit a lifetime.

    What is not taught in school is what we as black people need to know. The only way to gain this knowledge is to read read read. If you have children instill this in them from an early age: For us to grow as race we must learn as a race. In ancient times back in Africa we were kings, queens, merchants and scholars. Our roots demand greatness so why is it that the jobs mostly dominated by blacks are securitygaurds and janitors. It is because for far too long we have been holding back. As a race we are conditioned to believe that we have no opportunities because of the color of our skin. That is untrue we just don't get everything handed directly to us because we have to work our butts off to actually get somewhere in life. Where you are in life you got there because of your choices, but if you learn, and can be self-motivated and is capable of making through the tough days you can end up happy and stress free.

To start off with, the part I can always remember from this video is "Having love is even more important than having a lover." Everyday there are tons of females who need a "lover" to complete their lives. A commiment by either a boyfriend or a husband. Unfortunately not all of those females see how they must love themselves, and be independent because a boyfriend or husband isn't everything. Having a love life can be complicated depending if you don't learn from others mistakes. And that sentence can mean many different things.

Secondly, I don't want to put down any good man out there, but theres so many who are corrupted, and for many women having a love life can be tough. It would be great, and maybe easier if every man could live by "I know that being a man is more than being male, and I'm focused on doing it right," but in reality it could never be that way because there are always two sides to the story, such as the good and the bad. Personally regardless of a broken heart I love myself and because of that I will never be broken by any man or ahole.

Yeah well so what this is from 2007, that year is still in your life time isn't it? So I guess can't be that old right? You've got memories well memorize this poem so that years later you can call it old. But for now just press play to this youtube clip. I mean it'll rock your socks cause its just that deep!

When I listened closly the images in my mind played memories of my history. The pain of misory, rejection, and never said out loud secrets. "Too weak to have a purpose worth dying for," Its so sad how theres millions of people who fit this statement, or relate. Lately, hope has faded and people give up too quick to care about things that will soon lose meaning. To interupt the ending in my understanding "To lick the blood off my lips to have the taste of this," means try to learn from the knowledge she spoke.

    This is a live performance of a poem. Amazingness is what it is. Deep isn't enough to descrbe this. What it is, is powerful. It reaches into your soul pulls out emotion and opens your eyes to truths rarely capitalized. This is truth not the stuff that they teach and force feed. It is what is truly going on in the world.

    Yes we all know that people in Africa suffer on a daily basis, but do we really understand the gravity of the situation? I didn't. I am oceans away worrying about some boy and why should I text back. This performance gave me specific details into one situation that is unheard of in my perfectly safe little bubble. I bet there are people even worse than this one lady in Dunbar, Africa.

    We have all seen pictures on CNN of starving children and people wasting away from mysterious diseases but I am sure that like me once those offending photos are gone thoughts of anything as the topic of the depressing third world countries fades away. This throws it right in your face and makes you think long after the video is over...

ADDICTED ARE YOU?

     The artist's message to audience in my opinion is stop letting technology bases be our only way of communication. I must admit it helped me correct my postion, because at the end I totally agree with her. Don't get me wrong I love my laptop, my cellphone, and the world wide interenet, but lets face it there are tons of people addicted. This video is a wake up call so wake up!

      I mean face it she is right. Don't you agree that those of us who have connections should get a bit less addicted? What ever happend to the times when a person could talk to you one on one without a call, text, or email interupting you? Sometimes it does seem as if devices are replacing the physical. These days it seems as if people communicate only through connections.

     At the end of the day how many conversations have you had person to person without having to text them back later or returning a call? Theres nothing wrong with the new age technologies, every invention is incredible. Just ask yourself is it an obbession? Could you survive one day without your accessories or go insane trying too?

Rihanna's Abuse?

     Your in for a laugh with this youtube video!!! The characters portray Chris Brown and Rihanna. We all heard or read the rumors, assumption, and/or truth of their relationship. Suddenly pictures were exposed revealing that Chris Brown has abused Rihanna physically. This youtube video takes songs sung by Chris and changes some of the words to fit his actions. Crazy!

     About three minutes and thirty-eight seconds into the video you see a smiling face that was drawn on his arm or was it? At first Rihanna seemed so weak and defenseless. Then it seemed as if it was all over when he choaked her and she stop breathing, but there was still time left in the video. Like what else could possibily happen? To my surprise she awaken to inform him she cant take it anymore. Oh My Gosh he was wearing panties!

     The best part is when she gave him an upper cut so dramatically. Don't forget his small outbursts of dancing. Youtube more of their performances on youtube.com. Bet You Can't Imagine

     Absolutely mouth dropping!!! The way it starts is a bit different from most because of how the two performers position themselves together on the stage, and just after a minute the performance begins to capture me. The essence in which the words are spoken to reveal the emotions and message is impeccable. It really takes a deep look at abortion. Abortion is a very controversial topic in America.

     Many women of different ages have an unplanned pregnancies. And abortion can sometimes seem as if it's the only solution that's best for some and the unborn baby. This video shows how the mother emotions made her decision when she stated "I'd rather aborted you than become the mother you hate." But then the unborn expresses her emotions from her view. In a way I never thought before.

     "What gave you the right to abort your only baby," that quote is insanely deep. Only if she would've used protection or only if the condom didn't break, but yet in this case possibilities are endless. It could have been her fate to have an unplanned pregancy. Yet I wonder what if you or me were aborted, how are we any different from those unborn? Why should any baby face a death due to sex when it wasn't even there choice?
